Sutton on Sea - the resort for quiet holidays in Lincolnshire on UK East Coast
With easy access from the Town, the Sutton-on-Sea beaches are spacious, clean and safe. Sutton-on-Sea and Mablethorpe have been awarded the Blue Flag for clean beaches.
The Blue Flag Campaign is owned and run by the independent non-profit organisation Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE).
The Blue Flag is a symbol of high environmental standards as well as good sanitary and safety facilities at the beach/marina.

Local area attractions include scenic Lincolnshire Wolds, Cadwell Park (motorcycling), Market Rasen Race Course and Mablethorpe Sea Sanctuary.
The Bacchus attractions include Real Ale Weekends held Easter, May Day and Spring Bank Holiday together with our main event - The Bacchus Beer Festival held in August annually (please contact the Hotel for specific weekend) with local groups and children's bouncy castles.
The Bacchus Hotel is an ideal base for enjoying a peaceful holiday break on the Lincolnshire coast, incorporating Sutton-on-Sea, Mablethorpe (3 miles) and Skegness (16 miles).
Alternatively, one can enjoy the distinct history of Lincolnshire market towns such as nearby Louth (15 miles), Alford (10miles), Spilsby (16 miles), Horncastle (25 miles), Woodhall Spa (30 miles) and Market Rasen (Race course) (20 miles).
The city of Lincoln, with a Norman Cathedral, William the Conqueror Castle and numerous other items of interest is a full attraction in itself (30 miles).
